ERAD Investment

Cookie Policy

How ERAD Investment uses necessary cookies, optional analytics and marketing cookies, and first-party storage choices on its website.

Introduction

This Cookie Policy explains how ERAD Investment uses cookies and similar browser storage on this website. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

Necessary cookies and storage are used to operate the website, remember your choices, support security, and avoid repeatedly showing certain prompts. Optional analytics and marketing cookies are used only when you grant the relevant consent.

Necessary Cookies and Storage

Necessary cookies and storage are required for core website operation and cannot be disabled through the website's cookie preferences manager.

  • erad_cookie_consent: first-party consent cookie used to remember your cookie choices and consent revision. Expected retention: up to 182 days.
  • erad-newsletter-popup-dismissed: first-party local storage used to avoid showing the newsletter popup again too soon after dismissal. Expected retention: controlled by the browser until cleared or superseded by the popup logic.
  • erad-newsletter-popup-subscribed: first-party local storage used to remember that the newsletter popup subscription flow was completed on that browser. Expected retention: controlled by the browser until cleared.
  • Staging authentication cookie: used only on the password-protected staging environment, not for public production analytics.

Analytics Cookies

Analytics cookies help ERAD understand website performance, engagement, and service interest. They are disabled unless you grant Analytics consent.

  • _ga and _ga_*: Google Analytics 4 cookies used to distinguish consented sessions and measure website usage. Provider: Google. Retention: controlled in GA4 and by the cookie lifetime configured by Google.
  • _gid and _gat*: Google Analytics cookies that may be used for session or request-rate measurement where applicable. Provider: Google. Retention: controlled by Google.
  • _clck and _clsk: Microsoft Clarity cookies used to understand consented user interactions and site quality. Provider: Microsoft. Retention: controlled in the Clarity project and by Microsoft cookie behavior.

The production application must not load GA4 or Clarity through GTM until Analytics consent is granted and the production analytics gate is explicitly enabled.

Marketing Cookies and Click Identifiers

Marketing cookies or click identifiers may support approved advertising, attribution, or audience measurement only when Marketing consent is granted and the relevant vendor configuration has been approved.

  • _gcl_* and gclid: Google advertising click identifiers used only for approved marketing attribution when Marketing consent is granted.
  • _fbp, _fbc and fbclid: Meta advertising identifiers used only for approved marketing attribution when Marketing consent is granted.
  • MUID, ANONCHK and SM: Microsoft advertising identifiers that may be used only if a future approved Microsoft advertising integration is configured and Marketing consent is granted.

Advertising click IDs are not written to newsletter or future lead attribution records when Marketing consent is denied.

Managing Your Choices

You can accept, reject, or update optional cookie categories using the cookie banner or the Cookie settings control in the footer. Withdrawing consent prevents future optional analytics or marketing events and clears known optional cookies where supported.

You may also delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings. If you clear necessary consent storage, the website may ask you to make cookie choices again.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when our vendors, cookie categories, consent purposes, storage behavior, or retention practices change. Material changes require review by the DPO or privacy owner before production activation.
